Thomas Concrete is pleased to announce its newly built central ready mix plant in Doraville located at 2825 Humphries Way.  This DOT-certified plant will enable the company to provide faster and more responsive service to a wide range of customers in the Doraville area, surrounding cities in DeKalb County, and for commercial use in the Atlanta area.

It includes a bunker system and silo capacity to inventory all needed materials. Kevin Parsons, Plant Manager for 10 years, says “Manufacturing concrete using computer-controlled state of the art equipment makes it easy to batch a better level of quality concrete as well as improving delivery time.”

Our new Doraville location also includes a distribution facility for Type III cement, natural sand, and lightweight aggregate.  The Doraville plant utilizes well water as well as recycled water.   With a production capacity of over 200 yards per hour, this plant will service any type of job and mix design no matter how complex.

It is located on a four-acre site designed for 20-25 trucks to prepare for increasing demand from our customers.  Thomas Concrete‘s growth and development is key to our continued success to service customers old and new.
