Thomas Concrete Academy (TCA) is the company wide training program for Thomas, The Concrete Specialists. We have training manuals and materials for each and every job at Thomas and all Thomas employees must receive some basic training prior to receiving specialized training for a particular position in the company. All training is documented and stored in our training database. This way we ensure that every Thomas employee is qualified and competent to do his or her job and that no one falls through the cracks.
