Keith Wayne recently hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for a new 3-story, 60,000 square foot concrete and glass building that will house his 300+ employees. The office will be the first building of a 75-acre corporate park that also includes a medical park and a 150,000 square foot retail center. The park is located on Highway 3 between Kannapolis, Davidson and Mooresville, NC.

Wayne Brothers has been in business for 23 years and has become one of the most successful concrete forming companies in the Carolinas and throughout the southeast.

In the past few years, Wayne Brothers and Thomas Concrete have worked together on several large projects including National Gypsum Manufacturing Facility, Windshear Concord Wind Tunnel, Quad at Quarterside, NE Medical Hospital, among others.
